Joseph is a seasoned cannabis consultant and entrepreneur, now living the good life at the Lake of the Ozarks after making the move from Colorado Springs with his wife, Sabra. Rooted in his hometown, where he spent his childhood, Joseph is all about giving back and making a positive impact in the community. His leadership is driven by collaboration, innovation, and always staying true to his values of integrity and excellence.
With over twelve years of experience in the cannabis industry, Joseph has worked in key roles at places like the Colorado Springs courthouse, Schriever Space Force Base, LivWell Enlightened Health, Revolution Global, and Agri-Genesis. He’s also the founder of his own consulting company, RSOCaps CO, where he works hand-in-hand with medical marijuana patients, cultivators, and researchers.
His mission? To advocate for cannabis and holistic health, all while making a meaningful impact in the local community and inspiring others to do the same. Right now, Joseph’s all in on building "Club Sesh" — a community dedicated to cannabis culture, philanthropy, education, and volunteerism. His long-term vision? To expand Club Sesh into a physical space where the community can come together, engage, and continue promoting the benefits of cannabis and holistic living.
