Club Sesh Sponsorship Agreement

1. Sponsorship Tier Selection

The Sponsor agrees to partner with Club Sesh at the following tier (select one):

Tier 1: Community Partner

Contribution:

Provide a [5-10%] discount or a free product/service for Club Sesh members.

Benefits:

Logo placement on the Club Sesh website and social media platforms.
Promotion in monthly member newsletters.
Invitations to co-host or attend Club Sesh events.

Tier 2: Preferred Partner

Contribution:

Offer a [15-20%] discount, free samples, or exclusive deals to members.

Benefits:

Enhanced promotion across all Club Sesh platforms.
Spotlight feature in newsletters and social media campaigns.
Opportunity to set up product booths at events.

Tier 3: Premium Sponsor

Contribution:

Sponsor Club Sesh events with discounts, product samples, or educational content.

Benefits:

Premier placement in all marketing materials and event signage.
Dedicated social media campaigns and blog features.
Priority speaking or demo opportunities at events.

2. Sponsorship Benefits

The Organizer agrees to provide the benefits associated with the selected tier for the duration of the Agreement, as defined in Section 5 (Term and Termination).

3. Sponsor Obligations

The Sponsor agrees to:

Fulfill the agreed-upon contribution as outlined in the selected tier.
Provide any required marketing materials to the Organizer by the start of the Agreement term.

4. Organizer Obligations

The Organizer agrees to:

Promote the Sponsor as outlined in the selected tier benefits.
Ensure proper recognition of the Sponsor in Club Sesh materials, events, and communications.

5. Term and Termination

This Agreement will commence on:

Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days’ written notice. If the Sponsor fails to meet its obligations, the Organizer reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately.

6. Indemnification

Both parties agree to indemnify and hold harmless the other party from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from their actions under this Agreement.

7. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements, whether written or oral.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
