This Privacy Policy governs how clubsesh.org collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information from users (each, a "User") of the https://www.clubsesh.org/ website ("Site"). It applies to the Site and all services offered by clubsesh.org, a private cannabis community compliant with Missouri Article XIV, Section 2.

Users may be asked for name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and, for event fees only, payment information. We collect ID data for age verification (21+) per Missouri law, securely stored and deleted post-confirmation. Users may visit anonymously. We collect this information only if voluntarily submitted, and refusal may limit participation in Site activities (e.g., membership).

We may collect non-personal information about Users’ interactions with our Site, such as browser type, device details, and connection data (e.g., operating system, ISP). This helps us tailor content, like event schedules or cannabis education, without identifying individuals.

Sensitive exchanges use SSL encryption and digital signatures. Member ID copies are encrypted, retained only as needed for verification/event purposes, then securely deleted. License to Use Website

clubsesh.org and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights on this website. You may view, download (for caching), or print content for personal, non-commercial use, subject to restrictions below. Content may include cannabis education.

You must not:

• Republish material (print or digital, including on other sites);
• Sell, rent, or sub-license material;
• Show material publicly;
• Exploit material commercially;
• Edit or modify material;
• Redistribute material (except as expressly allowed);
• Use iframes or screenscrapers to republish.

Redistributable content is limited to your organization.

Acceptable Use

You must not use this website to cause damage, impair accessibility, or engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful acts. This includes selling, trading, or soliciting cannabis, per our no-sales policy. Access to certain areas (e.g., member portals) is restricted, requiring approved membership per our Application process. clubsesh.org may restrict any or all access without notice. If provided a user ID/password, keep them confidential—you’re responsible for their security. We may disable them at our discretion.

User Content

“Your user content” is material you submit (text, images, etc.). You grant clubsesh.org a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, adapt, and distribute it, restricted to event feedback or educational comments, subject to club approval. No cannabis cultivation/distribution content is allowed. Content must be legal, non-infringing, and not subject to legal disputes. We may edit/remove content but don’t monitor all submissions.

No Warranties

This website is “as is” with no warranties. We don’t guarantee availability or accuracy. It’s not advice—consult professionals for legal, financial, or medical matters.

Limitations of Liability

clubsesh.org isn’t liable for:

• Direct loss (if free);
• Indirect/consequential loss;
• Business losses or data corruption.

For event participation, see our Member Application waiver. Liability applies even if advised of potential loss.

Exceptions

We don’t exclude liability for death/injury from negligence, fraud, or matters illegal to limit under Missouri law.

Reasonableness

You agree these liability limits are reasonable; otherwise, don’t use the Site.

Other Parties

As a limited liability entity, clubsesh.org limits personal liability of officers/employees. You won’t sue them individually for website-related losses. These protections extend to affiliates and subcontractors.

Event fees cover only non-cannabis costs (e.g., venue, staff, food, entertainment). Events comply with private venue permissions and local ordinances.
